I’m Chip Mahaney, and this is just a simple site to point you to where you can find me online.  Thank you for looking me up.  I’m the Director of Digital Content for The E.W. Scripps Company and its Broadcast division.  I’ve worked in the news business since my senior year of high school in 1981. I’m a Texas native who has also lived in Connecticut, Virginia and Oklahoma, but now I love living in Cincinnati.

I’ve been married over 20 years to Susan, and I’m lucky to have 2 great kids.  In 2009 at age 44, I took up running.  It’s now one of my life’s passions.  In my spare time, I enjoy teaching Bible study classes, and goofing off with tech gadgets.
